Esther Sibanda
Esther has a wealth of experience in managing finance, human resources, estate management, logistics, supplies management, and assets in the public sector. She brings to the company a wealth of experience, which is needed in the telecommunications and green energy sectors.

Tonderai Sibanda
Tonderai has an electrical engineering degree and is a business graduate at the doctoral level. He is a business consultant with experience in sales, marketing, management, business development, satellite services, telecommunications, engineering, logistics, and energy. Using his engineering and business acumen, Tonderai can take abstract ideas into workable, tangible, executable solutions. Tonderai has experience in data analytics, which is useful for financial modelling of projects and predicting demand trends for solutions and services.

Grace Mwale
Grace has a certificate in Accounts and Business Studies and a Diploma in Project Management. She has over thirty years of experience in banking and finance, accounting, branch operations, compliance, marketing, sales and customer service. Among many other short courses attended, Grace has a certificate in Entrepreneurship Development and Business Management, and she is also a certified Life Coach. Post banking, Grace has been doing consultancy as a Community Liaison Officer for a Solar Project, her customer service background has made it easy to be the go-between person between the project and the community. She is also a member of the Zambia Red Cross Society, where she is actively involved in various community projects. As the women’s Fellowship Chairperson at church, she has been involved in various women and youth capacity-building programs like financial literacy and entrepreneurship training aimed at uplifting the living standards of women and youth in the community. The background in Finance and accounting will help Grace to contribute to the company’s operational efficiency, while the Customer service experience will be used to foster *strong customer relationships with all stakeholders at various touch points.

Kapula Kambinda
Kapula is a results-driven entrepreneur with a strong background in business development, technology, and strategic management. With an Information Systems and Networking training, he has developed competencies in Project Management, especially managing key partnerships and client relationships with over 17 years
of experience in various business ventures and engagements. With a passion for technology and sustainable business growth, Kapula is committed to excellence and innovation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Annie Phiri
Annie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and graduated with an honors degree in pharmacy, and is a Pharmaceutical Public Health graduate at the Master’s degree level. She has over 40 years of experience in Pharmaceutical management, human resource management, having worked in different levels of management and managing whole provincial pharmaceutical human resources, and customer care management working in different contexts.  Using her back-ground and business acumen Annie is able to participate equitably in the modelling of projects and provide necessary customer care services needed.
